Columbus Children’s Theatre performances often sell out. Purchasing your tickets in advanced is recommended. All seats are reserved, and everyone in the theatre must have a ticket. While we do not recommend that you bring an infant, if you do bring anyone age 3 and younger you will need to purchase a ticket for a seat or a Lap Pass for $5.

Box Office Hours and Location

Tickets can be purchased through the Columbus Children's Theatre either in person or by phone at 614-224-6672, through CAPA or TicketMaster. Every ticket order includes a minimal administrative/processing fee that varies based on the location of purchase.

Columbus Children's Theatre's Box Office window opens one hour prior to the performance start time and is available by phone three hours prior to performance.

At non-performance times, tickets can be purchased from Columbus Children’s Theatre's Administrative Office located at 177 East Naghten Street in Columbus, Ohio.

9:30am - 5:00pm    Tuesday - Friday

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, for a $3 fee (waived for subscribers) you may exchange your tickets for the same show at another performance time. All exchanges must be received by the Box Office 24 hours prior to your original performance time and are subject to availability.

Sensory-Friendly Performances

Columbus Children's Theatre offers three performances this season that are adapted to meet the needs of children with autism or sensory sensitivity. The performances take place on Sundays at 5 PM, and seating is general admission. These performances are scheduled for The Princess and the Pea on January 12, 2014; Hansel and Gretel on April 27, 2014; and The Frog Prince on June 8, 2014. Tickets may be purchased individually or as part of a season subscription.

Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for Academy classes, Show Tickets and Subscriptions. To purchase a gift certificate, please call our Box Office at 614-224-6672.

 

Requesting a Donation

In order to be considered for a donation, requests MUST be made on the organization letterhead from whom you are soliciting. That letter needs to include the organization’s name as well as the name, location and date of your event. It should specifically state where to mail the donation. Requests must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your event. Late requests may not be granted. All donations are made on a first come, first serve bases and are subject to availability.

If your donation request is approved, you will receive a certificate in the mail to be redeemed for tickets to an upcoming show. These certificates do expire and we encourage organizations to relay that to the recipients of the certificate.
