IN THE EVENT OF SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE BEING CANCELLED
- If the company cancels or needs to reschedule a performance due to illness or accident, every consideration will be made with the sponsor in mind and payment will be discussed at that time.
- In the event of inclement weather, which forces the rescheduling of a performance, the canceling party will notify the other party immediately. If inclement weather should cause a school closure or delay, it is the Sponsors responsibility to contact the touring company. The company and the sponsor will then attempt to reschedule the performance at the earliest convenient time.
- In the event the sponsor cancels with at least 30 days prior of a performance without rescheduling, the sponsor will be liable for a cancellation fee of $175.00. In the event the company has arrived for a scheduled performance at the sponsor’s location and the performance is cancelled, full payment is due. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed. If the performance can be rescheduled, the sponsor shall pay a $175.00 lost time fee and the full cost of the rescheduled performance.
- All cancellations must be in writing to the Road manager. The company does not accept cancellations by phone unless it is the day of the performance.

Evaluation Form for Past
Performances
In our efforts to bring the best live theatre to your school, we
would appreciate receiving an evaluation form from anyone who has seen
the show.
Please download this form
here.
(in PDF format and requires Acrobat Reader to view)
Print it out, fill it out and mail it to the address below.
In the form there are questions for Students, Teachers and the
person who booked the performance to answer.
This will help us make our booking process quicker and easier for
the future.
The group also loves to receive letters and pictures from the
students. Many times we hang their artwork in the theatre lobby for all
to see. You may mail the evaluations and art work to:
Columbus Children's Theater
177 East Naghten St.
Columbus, Ohio 43215
Attn: Joelle Leigh Harris
I thank you all in advance for taking the time to fill out this
survey and hope you and your students enjoy a wonderful performance
Sincerely,
Joelle Leigh Harris

Along with our wonderful
shows we offer Student Workshops!
Acting Workshops - Introduce your
students to the life of an actor. Acting Workshops will open students up
to the world of theatre through various theatre exercises and activities
that focus on communication, concentration, creativity, and character
development. Students will spend time with a member of the CCT
Professional Touring Company and gain insight into what it takes to be a
professional actor.
Child Writing Project Workshop - See
how your students can have their plays performed by our professional
touring company. This workshop is perfectly paired with our Child
Writing Project play and can help give your students an edge on the
competition while teaching them valuable story telling skills. Our
Touring Company can work with up to 125 students per workshop, broken
down into four groups. They will guide your students on how to build an
exciting story that can be performed, without losing the basics
elements: a good beginning, middle and end.
